Lubbock, Texas

Becky Miller is a Lubbock native who has practiced law in Lubbock since 1994.

Becky is a Texas Tech grad, and she started Texas Tech School of Law in 1991 as a single mother of three children. She served as the Case Note Editor for Texas Tech Law Review and graduated with honors in 1994. She began her practice providing legal counsel to clients facing financial problems and bankruptcy. With so many of her bankruptcy clients facing debilitating illness and medical bills, Becky knew first hand about the devastating financial effects of disability. In 2004, she began representing claimants for Social Security Disability and SSI benefits. One of the most rewarding aspects of her practice is helping someone obtain disability benefits that provide much needed income and medical coverage.
